I get a fair number of emails from my site, and I do read & appreciate them all.

I also do my best to reply to every email I get. However, keeping up when things are busy can be tricky, so please excuse any delay and/or very brief reply. If all I manage is a quick 'Cheers!', that doesn't mean I didn't appreciate you writing, it just means I'm busy!
